OfficersRichard Mayo, President - BiographyWorked as a district salesperson from 1974 to 1976 covering New England OEM's and distributors at American Electric Cable Company. Accounts included Pratt and Whitney, Kollmorgan, Raytheon, and all IBM subcontractors. Salesperson from 1976 to 1979 covering the Mid-Atlantic states for Chester Cable Corporation. Later became Eastern Regional Sales Manager. Major accounts included Clifford of Vermont, Anixter, Paige Electric, Rogan Electronics, IBM subcontractors, IBM RTP, and General Electric. Last position held with the firm was Marketing Service Manager. Managed the inside sales group, advertising, new catalogs and new products. Worked with Shell on their Thermoplastic elastomers and with DuPont and Allied on their new insulating materials for Plenum products. President and owner of R.F. Mayo Associates, Inc. since 1981 handling management and oversight of the sales staff. Also handle select OEM accounts and national distributors in the Colorado/Wyoming territory. Fred Kaserman, Vice President - BiographyThirty years of significant accomplishments in the office automation and telecommunications industries. After graduating from Bowling Green State University and completing his military commitment to the United States Air Force Academy Fred spent ten years with the Dictaphone Corporation in several capacities. Moving on to spend five years with Plantronics, Inc. as Midwest Sales Manager, he grew his experience to achieve accomplishments such as Salesman of the Year, Regional Manager of the Year, and Distributor Manager of the Year. This lead him to become the National Sales Manager for Keptel, Inc. where he successfully focused twenty independent manufacturer representative agencies to grow an evolving modular premise distribution division into a multimillion dollar industry. In 1992 Fred founded Preferred Connections, Inc. which became a leading manufacturer representative agency throughout the Rocky Mountain area. As the industry and marketplace changed so have the leading manufacturer representative agencies. Fred became a partner in R.F. Mayo Associates, Inc. and together with Dick Mayo they continue their leadership abilities throughout the Western United States.
